Help me find the ultimate adventure!

The story goes, I'm leaving for college in about 6-7 weeks, and my previous campaign ended without much fanfare. I want to do something fun for my tabletop group to conclude about two years of gaming, so I decided to give them about 10-15 levels to do whatever they want with, and I want to run a truly high-quality, world-shattering adventure. While I am running D&D3.5, I don't mind using a 2e or 1e module, as long as it's really good and I end up only needing to convert a few monsters and other easy, numbers and mechanics things. I'm looking for something that balances combat and noncombat, and fits with the Forgotten Realms or Planescape. I know I'm looking in a pretty thin category (high level, low-mid combat advnetures) but I want to run something that is truly among the best to make my last game with this group my best one yet. Please give me a few suggestions. Availibility is no object- I don't mind buying a PDF download (I'd actually prefer that to searching out something in paper as with a PDF I can begin studying and running it immediately...)

Thanks,

I'd go with The Apocalypse Stone. Fits easily enough into the FR and the players literally have to save the world (after they unknowingly get it in peril in the first place). Features an Arch Devil, the Tarrasque, war, mass extinctions, complete chaos. It's a 2e adventure, but should be very easy to convert to 3e.

I've never actually run it myself, but it does look to be a whole lot of fun. Your players might need to be higher level than 10-15 though.

Dead Gods, the old Planescape module. It is really very, very cool, in my opinion, and someone's already done a conversion, I think.
