Help me, I'm BLIND!

First Post
I'm wanting to make a Daredevil-esque character, who is blind, but he can "see." What feats are out there, other than blind fight?

I've seen the following two feats online, but are there any official ways to get up to blind sight or tremorsense?

Soul Sight [general]
You can perceive the living spirits of creatures around you.

Prerequisites: 6th level, base Will save bonus +5, Alertness, Iron Will, Wis 19+.

Benefit: You can perceive the auras of living, sentient creatures, granting you the blindsense special ability within 60 feet. See the DMG for a description of this ability. Your Soul Sight cannot detect creatures without a life force, such as constructs and undead, nor creatures without an Intelligence score, such as oozes, vermin and certain types of plant — in some situations, this may give you a clue that a creature is not what it appears to be.

Blindsight [general]
You do not need sight to be a master of combat.

Prerequisites: Base attack bonus +10, Base Will save bonus +5, Alertness, Blind-Fight, Iron Will, Soul Sight, Wis 19+.

Benefit: You gain the blindsight ability, as described in the DMG. Your blindsight has a range of 30 feet. This ability senses the life force of living creatures, as well as relying on the physical senses. If your hearing is impaired, your blindsight detects only living, sentient creatures (thus it will not work on constructs, undead, oozes, vermin, and other creatures that are either unliving or do not have an Intelligence score).

There is a blindsight feat in Song and Silence (I think) that grants blindsight to 5'.

There's another in Masters of the Wild that grants blindsight 120', but you have to be able to turn into a creature with blindsight.

You could also get an item of Blindsight (30' radius, spell level 3) or an item of Improved Blindsight (60' radius, spell level 5).

there is a spell called Blindsight i believe in the 1st 3rd ed FR supplement that is extremely powerful. It states you do not need vision/hearing etc. It is much more powerful than the blindsight feat.

Well

So some sort of tattoo of Improved Blindsight might have the desired effect, then?

Sorry about the feats, just trying to show what I was looking for.

Blindsight does extend beyond walls and whatnot, right? I should be able to detect what's on the other side of a door as long as he's within my detection radius?

Blindsight requires line of effect, so no, it doesn't etend past doors and walls.

A tattoo of Improved Blidsight would work great. It would cost:

5 (spell level) * 9 (caster level) * 2000 (constant) * 2 (duration) = 180,000gp

If you just want 30' blindsight, it'll cost:

2 * 3 * 2000 * 2 = 24,000gp

Tried to do something like this in an Iron DM contest - the ingredients included "blind psychic warrior", "black cat", and "cactus", so I ended up doing a sort of Elseworlds: Wild West Batman riff, pitting the blind psychic detective (ranger/ghostwalker/watch detective, equipped with a Cowl of the Bat, Belt of Many Pockets, Rope of Climbing, etc...) vs. a Chaotic Neutral female werepanther bandit (rogue/lasher) and an obese half-fiend gnome confidence man (rogue/illusionist) who had gotten hold of an Orb of Storms and was selling his services to the drought-plagued region as a rainmaker (=umbrellas=Penguin). I didn't have the Psionics Handbook at the time, so tried giving him blindsight with magic (the aforementioned Cowl of the Bat) - it turned out way too expensive for the character level, he could barely afford it but then wouldn't have any other magic gear. With the PsiH and some levels of Psychic Warrior, he could use the Hear Light and/or Feel Light powers to substitute hearing/touch for sight, but he's burning power points to do so, so he'd probably still rely on the Blindfight feat at first, pumping up the "radar sense" only at need.
