I think he means 'Tome of Terrors' would be very close to the "Tome of Horrors".

I still say Beast Bible is GO! But then I am biased since I suggested it.

I honestly think that Beast Bible sounds a little akward. I think that if you want something that is very close to it, go with Bible of Beasts.
