Help me name my monster book

lol, gimmie a break i made that monster in 5th grade. Started out as first edition and has been converted to 2nd and 3rd. I just copyed and pasted the text for the most part.

iam here, school has just been kicking my ass majorly. ick!

Get your schooling sorted before spending time here...we will always be here when you are finished.

i had to write like 3 papers and all but one of them were no fun. The one i made fun because it was a discriptive essay and i ended up discribing hell according to dante. yay!

i have been working on this new undead type. I read about them in this zulu folk tale book i got. witch doctors would steal corpses and as part of the re-animation they would chop off there leggs below the knees and cut out there tounge. there powers are they cant be seen in the moon light and they are strong and can "drink your soul" the down sides they make lots of noises cluncking around like they do.

Interesting idea for a monster.

I figured out why M$ word never caught my grammer errors (sadly iam another victim of the US education system :-p ) and i fixed that so hopfully that will be a thing of the past.

Everyone makes mistakes dude, nothing to be ashamed of.

I'll try and write agian later, the schools computer lab is closing now. late!

Hey mate, I am only trying to help. Obviously I have to tell you the truth otherwise I wouldn't be any good to you. I'd like to hope all my criticism (and praise) was constructive.

that last one was directed at gez as a joke, crappy thing about the internet you cant tell peoples tone of voice.

anyways ... update all the monsters i posted here and made a few new ones. 2 new "great cats" one is bigger then the lion, a true "king of the beasts" and the other is similar to a panter but is adapted to a life in water. it has webbed paws and a slick otter like coat. its favorite tatic, drowning.

all post them all here for you guys to pick apart, and after i do so all put them back together better then before! yay! oh yeah i put you in the credits for my book and Gez too. do you want your user names or real names? dont have to tell me now its not important as of yet just thought i would mention it.

school is allmost over and i'll beable to hopefully get some major work done over the holidays. anyways, iam late so i gotta buzz.

Well remember there is already the Dire Lion in the Monster Manual mate.

The point of registering a copyright is to establish authorship (well, or ownership, but that's not germane to the discussion) of a work. So when, for instance, a professional photographer takes your picture, he has control over the picture because he took it. An author can send his manuscript to himself via registered mail and as long as it remains sealed that's as good as registering the copyright, because he has an indisputable stamp of authorship at a certain date.

When you post to the web, you can demonstrate that you created the content of the post.

That's my understanding of it, but IANAL.

Hiya mate!

Give me a few days to go over things and get back to you.

My first suggestion would be to give them all more obvious names, even if you put them in brackets after the names you have given them.

eg. Instead of a monster called "Malaka", you could have "Malaka (Star Zombie)...or something like that.

Just to give people something to chew on because the names on their own don't mean anything, if you get what I mean.
