Help me pick a character

I'm confused. According to the Masters of the Wild, the Exotic Weapon Master requires Exotic Weapon Proficiency feat for any three weapons. Where is this addressed in these builds?
3.5 Complete Warrior.

You only need one Exotic Weapon and racial proficiency applies.

i hear ya man. Good DMs are hard to find. most of them just want big battles and nothing else. Well i'm the DM for a group and they love it! I make hard battles but i also have lots of Role-playing elements. i love NPCs and creating situations for players to deal with. i love imitating voices and acting as multiple NPCs. It's hard for a DM to do these things without feeling a bit goofy or gay. but in the end, it adds more fun and realism to the game. I enjoy it, but most DMs rather have big battles.
I have no problem with big battles. Hell, I love big battles. If they have an actual purpose to the plot and aren't merely designed to waste an evening. I just have a problem with railroading and lack of plot, which is evident in this guy's game.

As I said, we've been gaming together for 6 years now and out of my 7-8 player group, all but two or three of us have GMed.

But lack of plot + kill and hoard + 2 hour battles (real time) = me annoyed.

How is it in a group of 7+ players YOU have to be the front line fighter? It seems there's enough HP in a group that size to do whatever you want.

Play a kender bard: Heckle and Taunt and let someone else get killed!

I don't have to be the front line fighter. I choose to be because of the sheer abundance of magic-users in our group, which I'm frankly sick of. Too much is too much.

And, well, no one in the group is in a position to be a front line warrior, excepting the druid. Everyone else is either too low in HP or is simply not built to accomadate the challenges presented.

Feh!- Screw 'em!

In a party of 7+ Lvl 9 PCs, there's probably someone who is good enough to take the front line with all the support staff that's available.

My advice (other than the half-giant, supra) is sit down and think about what you WANT to play, and make it!

You want to roleplay? Be a Ftr2/Bard7 and be a (hedonistic?) Diplomat/Noble. You're the negotiator...everyone else is a lower-class peon there to keep YOU safe. You can be a pain in the ass, and then, when combat comes, hover towards the back with the mages going "Kill it! Kill it! It must NOT reach my August Personage! Killllllll!" (Think of the noble son from whatever that Sinbad movie was...got drunk and woke up on a ship.)

Or play a Monk...once again, the Half-Giant springs to mind, if just because of Kareem Abdul-Jabar's stint as a martial artist opponent for Bruce Lee.
