Help Me Price This Item: Sack of Monkeys

As a monkey fan I must say that this is just wrong on so many levels.....yet I intend to pose the idea to my DM as I must have a suicid...I mean a nice happy monkey doing thing for my evil PC...hehe....all I can say is BOOM

Without looking at the pricing on a bag of tricks, I'll say that I would prolly charge double that.

The sadistic trap thing is cool, but you can always use it as a cheap animal companion. Of course, they might not be as obedient as a magically bonded creature, but once you spank him a couple of times, he'll behave.

ANd then you can train it, give it a wrench, and use it to sabotage enemies.

I'd give it the same cost, with a 1% chance per use of getting the Avenging Monkey:
Base 4hd Awakened Dire Monkey (Medium), Half-Fiend Monk 5/Sorcerer6 (Fireballs!)

I assume you have some way to communicate with the monkeys to tell them to do all these things with levers, etc? Otherwise I believe all they can/will do is attack your enemies, just like a summon spell.

What if you accidentally pull out a monk, ey instead of a monkey? Or a Monkey (a member of the Monkey clan)?

Sadly, only one monkey at a time, per the Bag of Tricks rules.

Which, of course, leaves the DM free to decide that it's the same monkey each time.

I think the monkeys are entirely too useful, based on Shayuri's description, and the item should be priced out at roughly 10kgp.
