Help me remember a product name...

[The Sigil]

This is a 3e product, that should have been released fairly recently. I can't remember the product nor the publisher and it's driving me nuts.

It was a New York/New Jersey based publisher.

It's a book containing (magical) equipment.

It was advertised in Dragon with the tag, "Think you can handle my stuff? Come and get it." with a green wire frame character on a black background.

Sorry, but this is making me nuts. Can anyone help me find the publisher or the product? I'm trying to zip over to their website. :-(
