You have said a couple of contradictory things - keep and temple.
If you are turning it into a temple, you will need a priest to take care of the flock and stock while you are out "spreading the good news". A couple of novices to tend to the day to day things such as confessions, birthing ceremonies, death rites, buirials, etc, and to assit the priest with weekly services and teach the acolytes. You will need 4 - 8 acolytes to do chores, run errands and keep the place ship-shape (ie the hired help). You may also employ a scullery maid/master to cook the meals and possibly a scribe to ensure that holy writs are continued to be created using a highly legible hand.
If you plan to run this as a military keep (or personal home) - you will need a steward to keep the affaris of the manor while you are away. A maid or two to keep the place clean, a cook, a sergeant-at-arms to run the house guard and a compliment of personal troops (2 to 6 fighters/warriors/etc). If you are answering to a local lord, then you will need a burser or accountant to keep track of funds (and collect taxes) for your small fiefdom and a landlord to watch over your vassals.
This list is compiled from several sources (I will list them at a later time but I have to go now) - wait for the edit...
