Though you'll probably want to invest on making those Returning also, otherwise you could quickly find yourself out of limbs. On the up side, you could do some cool maneuvers like that 1st level boss from Altered Beast!

I'm still not convinced Bracers of Throwing would let you make ranged fist attacks, any more than you could make ranged attacks with a Longsword of Throwing in a locked gauntlet.

But there's a feat in Savage Species for regenerating creatures that lets them use body parts for ranged attacks...

I am fond of the Neclace of Natural Weapons in Arms and Equipment. You enchant it like a weapon, with the required +1 before you get special abilities. Then multiply it by the number of natural attacks you want it to apply to. Finally, add 600. This is balanced for strange forms as well as monks.
