Prerequisites: Spellcraft 15+ ranks, Intelligence 17+, Scribe Scroll feat
Benefit: You may create scrolls of spells you do not know. The process is identical to the creation of scrolls via the scribe scroll feat with the following exceptions: cost to scribe is equal to twice the market value of the scroll, time required is one week per spell level. Finally, in order to make a scroll in this manner, you must succeed at a spellcraft check DC 20 + Spell level. If you fail, you may try again, but 1/2 of the materials are lost.
I'm thinking the cost might need to be changed.
Also, I know this could be done (kind of) with the spell research rules, but what I'm looking for is a way for a long-lived sorcerer to get scrolls of spells. Its hard for liches to head down to your local store and shop, especially when they live on the negative material plane and are highly reclusive.
