I found the errata. Not nice.

Where's the part about a Swift Action?

I guess it isn't specified that it's a swift action, just that it's only usable once/round

From the errata:

Page 46: Invisible Blade’s Uncanny Feint
(class feature)
The invisible blade can use his uncanny feint ability
once per round.

I've started playing D&D not too long ago and I've finally decided to play a rogue since I've finally backed off a bit from the bashing/artillery spelling (warmage was fun!). Could I have some suggestions for a rogue build? I rolled some pretty high numbers this time and I'm entering the game as a Lv. 12 rogue. My numbers are 18, 18, 16, 16, 16, 14. THe DM is running an evil campaign, if that helps in any way.

With these amazing stats, I think that Daggerspell Mage is worth thinking about so long as you can be assured of having access to the Able Learner feats. It normally falls apart because you need to be strong in so many areas at ocne but, with an 18 INT, you could do wizard/rogue very effectively. Practiced Caster speeds up entry as well . . .
