Help pimp my ride...er concept

This character would be level 30, Gestault

I don't have BO9S, so unfortunately can't make swordsage (although maybe I should find it somehow, looks like a great class).

Originally I thought Dwarf Fighter/Monk(for the saves and tumble) and then go into dwarven defender (keeping warrior on the other side) for feats.

I guess I could do it with human paragon:

Human paragon/Fighter/Monk/Invisible Blade/Duelist/blah blah it's late can't decide:

In essense, I'd be able to boost all of my stats through tomes and items, so I'd have at least +7 to int and wis and a +10 to dex. I'd use two defending daggers and use total defense most of the time (giving me a +20 dodge bonus at level 30 (25 ranks in tumble, 10 from duelist). I suppose I go epic for duelist but there would be a dimishing return on the dodge bonus from that.))

AC would be 10 + 10 (dex) + 20 (dodge) + 5 invis blade + 7 duelist + 8 monk + 10 bracers of armor + 5 rop + 5 amulet of natural armor + 10 defending daggers = 90

Anyone know of a good level 30 build that goes higher than this? I'm simply out to max AC at this point.

Couple of questions:

Are all books open for this? (aka, if you don't have it, could you borrow/download it?)

How does gestalt work again? Do you still have to use the multiclassing rules to not lose exp?

What are the starting stats? Did you roll or are you using point buy? (and if so, how much?)

If I may suggest... Dwarf, Align LG

Side 1: Saint template/Ranger 2/Fighter 5/Dwarven Defender 10/Fighter +8/Legendary Dreadnought 4

Side 2: Saint template/Monk 7/Deepwarden 2/Fist of the Forest 1/Dragon Descendant 10/whatever 9

You're gonna need a few feats, but:
Constitution 18/base+2/racial+2/template+7/level+5/tome+12/bracers of epic health = 46 / +18
Wisdom 18 base+2/template+4/tome+12/periapt = 36 / +13

So your AC will be 10 + 18(Deepwarden - Con instead of Dex) + 18 (FotF) + 13 (Wisdom) + 13 (Saint) + 1 (Monk) + 4 (Defender) + 5 (ring of protection) +10 defending dagger = 92, and may I mention that you're unarmored and not using Combat Expertise?

PLUS when you use your Defending Stance, your AC gets up by another +4, and your Con by yet another +4 (untyped bonus, stacks with everything), granting you +4 AC by the boon of Deepwarden + FotF. So it's AC 100 for you!

Concerning shrugging off pain: your template grants DR 10/evil, your Defender levels get you DR 6/-, and the Dragon Descendant grants you yet more DR and AC with the right choice of ancestors.

Hit Points: 8+1d8+13d10+14d12+29x18+12(Dreadnought)+3(Toughness, you will have this as a prerequisite) = average 712 HP.
