We're going to end up with a party consisting of various half-baked Barbarian builds and whatever kind of Bard @Snarf Zagyg is bringing.

I'm going to try something unconventional (if this whole draft isn't unconventional enough). Taking a page from my son's strategy, I'll take
Tough, +2 Con, -1 to 3 different stats

Since he discovered the Tough feat, he never has a character without it.
