Help with a Succubi/Inccubi race

I am trying to come up with a racial (or sub race) for the Succubus/Incubus. I am having problems figuring out how to add a way to drain life energy and keep it from becoming overpowered. I figured I would ask here for suggestions.

Super easy, actually; give them the ability to cast the Vampiric Touch spell once per long rest at level 7, and call it a day; just like Drow get Darkness, for reference.

EDIT: You can also give them the Friendship at 1st level, Charm Person at 3rd, and maybe Suggestion at level 5; to even it out, they might need a drawback of some sort or another, like vulnerability to radiant damage or something similar, or, perhaps, only a single +2 to an ability, rather than a +2 and a +1, like most races.
