As part of the flurry, no. Flurry's still a full attack with a manufactured weapon, though, so you could still tack on natural weapons (even claws and slams; unarmed strikes don't have to be made with the hands!) at the end as secondary natural attacks. Between the secondary's -5 and the -2 from flurry, not bloody likely to hit much, though.
