Helpless doesn't Hinder

It's not because of the meaning of the word, it is what the PH says - you can end your turn in an enemy's square. That implies that he can't do anything to stop you from being there, including attack.

I see no point whatsoever of continuing to post here if I am going to be insulted.

Except for his OA, which he can do quite handily. Nothing says you can't attack while helpless, only that you don't block a square and that you take coups-de-graces till the cows come home.

I'm not trying to insult you, but the intent of the power is pretty simple. They went out of their way to use a condition never used before, such that they're immobilized and helpless. I'd say let them attack.
