Just a couple:
Ranger:
1. Cannot have 2 feats you have already used 1 feat to multiclass rogue.
2. I (personally) would neve put 18 in any ability score, it uses too many points for just +1. I would drop DEX to 16 (+1 for halfling) and use the seven point to prop up STR to 14 for some power flexibility and CON or WIS to 14 for another +1.
Cleric:
1. STR 8!? roleplaying fine, but rollplaying: 1/2 of the Cleric prayers are STR based and more useful than CHA a lot of the time.
2. As with Ranger I'd never put 18 in a score too many points in the buy. Same with 17 I suppose for the Warlord;)

Just IMHO

Ranger:
Sneak of shadows is the rogue multiclass feat
If Dex does everything, and Str does nothing, then what's the point?
(It looks like the build uses ranger powers to shoot)

Cleric:
Usefulness of a power is directly proportional to how much effect it has .. +5 to hit & damage > splitting stats and getting +3/+3 with both, always.
Laser clerics heal for more and hit more consistently (simply because they can afford to buy 20 wis), and though I'm a fan of powers like righteous brand, they're pointless if you don't build with str in mind.
The only purpose for buying str on a laser cleric isn't to take str-based powers ... they invariably forego all of those in favour of better lasers .. it's for shield & armour proficiencies.

You gain +1 to hit and +1 to damage and +1 to AC in this case. He needs the AC to be in combat moving around. And as an Archer he is in trouble if he is in Melee anyhow. So the STR would do him no good.

Cleric is built to not be in combat at all. He doesnt even carry a weapon.

But I can see where you are coming from.

d'oh don't have my book on me and forgot the name!

Fair enough, I stand by my '18 is a waste'. Basically in my games a ranged specialist PC (to the exclusion of anything else) is going to get in trouble cos many times over the 30 levels he is going to get into melee! Edit: but maybe that is my 3E brain working and 4E will turn out different?

As I said, roleplay fine. why the emphasis on HP then? Just wondering...

just a pain that you have to use a minor to reload every round:) Edit mine works, so load free then.

That is kinda why I assumed the ranger would get into melee, for sneak attack it is easiest to get CA by flanking.
Oh and apart from paragon path the TWF ranger is as good ranged as the archer style, he can still 'focus' on i.e. take all ranged or ranged and melee powers, gets a better(IMO) feat AND the ability to use to one handed weps at once.
