I too was like on of you... checking out every thread... agreeing with some ideas...opposed to others... and yet cannot seem to be able to actually click the "post reply" button and add your 2 coppers worth of opinion.

Well, I have been to the boards now for over two years, and I have finally hit the big 200 on posts! And about 120 of them in the last few weeks... my message to all you lurkers...

DO NOT BE AFRAID TO POST!!!

One thing I have found here, as opposed to other site is that it is filled with good people. Hopefully I will hit 1000 before too long!

I just don't really have the time to keep checking back on threads that I have posted on in case questions or comments are made to what I have said.

Threads on this board hyper disappear. Not actually disappear, but get moved down a page or two, & then I can never remember the name of the thread that I was looking at a day later.

You could alawys subscribe to threads of real interest.

I learn far more by reading these threads than I do by participating in them. Occasionally something cries out to me to post a reply, but for the most part I'm happy reading.

I do not live and die by post counts. I'd rather post 50 well thought-out comments than 50,000 shoddy ones. Some people can keep up a high rate of posts and constant participation, but I can't, or more accurately am unwilling to try.

I lurked for a short while and was afraid to post since I'm a new gamer, but I started and have found that the more I spend on the boards, the better I am in the game. It has given me a lot of ideas and introduced me to some great folks.

:)
