*Loki is sentient, and may act without a pilot. The Crew modifier reflects this. When piloted by another, apply half of Loki’s bonus to the pilot’s modifier. Also, Loki may be Piloted untrained, although the Pilot checks are at a -4 penalty.
**If Loki takes hull damage, he must make a Fortitude save to remain conscious, using half his Crew modifier as the save bonus. If he fails, all crew modifiers immediately drop to Untrained Rating(-4 penalty, -2 on attacks), Space Speed drops to Cruising(3 squares/action), and Atmospheric Speed drops to 60 km/h(1 square/action). Shield Points do not regenerate until Loki regains consciousness. Loki may attempt another save every 24 hours or when a successful Repair check(DC 25) is complete, as long as his Hull Points have not reached 0. Once conscious, Loki regains shield points at the normal rate, and Hull Points are regained at a rate of 10/day of rest. For Loki, rest would involved not traveling above Cruising speed.

Topsiders are the native reptilian humanoids of the planet Arranis. Upon the first Imperial landing on the planet, they were mistake for Trandoshans, but the Imperial Exploration team soon realized there were many differences. The greatest of which being a long, scaled tail. Topsiders look much more like walking lizards, the males looking much more brutish than the females. Males have large, badly aligned teeth, and strong forearms that can look similar to the digging tools they are. Females are similar in appearance, though they tend to be smaller and look much less savage.

The sexes live apart most of the year, coming together only to mate and at certain points in the year for important ceremonies. Despite the separation, both males and females keep strong emotional ties to one another. It is simply impossible for the more calm and docile females to stand the violent males for more than a short period of time. The daily workings of the society are taken out by the females, as the males are both not around enough, and not reliable enough to do so. If not for the males, it would be likely that the Topsiders would have reached the point of interstellar flight many years earlier than the day the Empire reached Arranis. Despite this, however, Topsiders have no care to leave their planet no matter how hard and badly tasting the food may be.

Darkwing Template

Darkwing Template:
Darkwing is a template that can be added to any Alraxian who has failed three consecutive DC 20 Will saves from exposure to Sith Poison. The Alraxian loses all of its Class Levels and gains a number of Predator levels equal to its former character level. It uses all the creatures base statistics and special abilities except where noted here.
Vitality: Change to Predator d8, gain max Vitality.
Special Attacks: A Darkwing loses all of its previous attacks and instead gains:
-Claws: 2d4 + Str damage, 19-20 critical
-Bite: 2d6 + Str damage, 19-20 critical
Special Qualities: A Darkwing loses all of its previous abilities and gains the following:
-Fly Speed: 60m(average)
-Natural Armor: +10 to creature’s Natural Armor
-Regeneration 4
-Damage Reduction 5
-Light Side Vulnerability: Darkwings take damage from Light Side Force skills such as Heal Another. The damage is equal to half the amount that would normally be healed. The Force Light skill does not deal damage, but instead forces the Darkwing to make a Fort save against 15 + Force Light skill check or be returned to their original Alraxian form.
