Heroes of Horror question re: Cas

So I was paging through my Heroes of Horror book- which I really dig so far, btw- and I noticed something funny.

Cas, the demigod of spite, has his avatar statted out. He gets something like six iterative attacks with his artifact rod! Now, I'm assuming that this was an intentional design choice rather than a rules gaffe (thus the General forum rather than the Rules forum)- though maybe I'm wrong?- but I am just curious, especially as we see at least one of the designers here a good amount (hi Mouseferatu!)- as to what the reasoning behind this choice was.

Should this be viewed as a special ability of Cas' avatar? Should all divine avatars be eligible for more than four iterative attacks? Or was it a mistake after all?

I think someone screwed up, but considering it's a divine avatar could be a nice ability to freak your players out with.

I have a question too. It says he has regeneration, but it doesnt say what surpasses it. He has regen without limit and can't really be killed then?

Hmm, didn't notice that. I wonder if it's fast healing or if there's supposed to be a bypass.

I'd tell ya if I could, but I'm afraid I don't know. Cas isn't a part of the book that I designed.

I'll see if I can find out for you, though I can't promise anything.

Yeah, that was pretty stupid. "Moose headed god of spite." Whose name sounds just like another powerful big bad from back in the day... Ugh.
