Owyn chuckled as he caught another clumsy spear strike on hos shield and pushed it away. This sent the Kobold off it's balance and Owyn used the moment for another clean strike.

Theremin identified the circles on the floor of the larger room. He could tell none of them were active. The rest of the room seemed empty.

The kobold growled as Owyn landed another blow. He struck back with his spear, but still couldn’t land a blow.

Theramin listened at the door. He could hear a few distant kobold voices arguing, but nothing nearby.

ENTRY HALL

Blood sprayed, and the armored kobold yowled in pain, staggering under the weight of its injuries. Still, it made a valiant effort to try and stop Owyn, defending its home, but his spear tip still failed to find purchase in the human.

“Kill him!” Bethua urged, seeing the kobold was on its last legs.

Theremin comes back to the group and explains shat he heard. ''let us strike them quickly, since they don't seem to be too many. We can also keep one alive to know what the ghost was doing''.
Theremin moves back to the door, and waits for his companions. It is obvious in his demeanor that he won't be frontlining.
