There were stairs going up from the entry hall, and Beturea clutched her dagger as she followed Owyn up. They reached a landing on the stairs and came to a door leading to what was obviously the next level of the tower.

Owyn urged Butrea back just enough that the lught from her torch wouldn't backlight him as he attempted to stealthily crack the door open. He really proffered to get the jump on his enemies wherever possible and this was no exception. Giving his eyes a minute to adjust to the darkness, he breathed in and cracked rhe door open ever so gently. His eyes were still mostly useless, so he used his ears to their best ability.

TOWER (LEVEL 3)

Theramin pokes around a few old scrolls, but most are rather illegible from age. One, however, does hold a ritual spell (was it Liam that was wanting rituals? Feel free to pick which spell).

It was pretty clear that this place hadn’t been used in a long time.

ENTRY HALL (LEVEL 1)

Beturea stood back, as instructed. Owyn listened and heard nothing. Ahead of him seemed to be a long hallway with many doors along it.

Galahad pushed the door entirely open and motioned for Butrea to follow as ge crept up to the first door and cracked it open in the same manner as before.

OOC: Yes, the library was it for the third floor.


As Theremin and the others looked through the few crumbling scrolls in the library, Mindra headed back to the stairs and checked them for traps as she eased down a bit further. She thought she could possibly hear voices coming from below.

LEVEL 2

Galahad pushed open the first door and peered inside. It was a small room, simple. It contained an old bed, a chest, and little else. Everything was covered in dust, indicating it hadn’t been used in some time.

Beturea peered over Galahad’s shoulder. “It looks like a servant’s room,” she noted.
