Heroes to get 'back on track' in Vol 3

I hear ya. I disagree about Monica's power, I don't think it's a Superman power at all, but the other two, definitely. Most especially Peter, who can do anything without even trying.

Well, Monica's more of a Batman power. She's pretty much got the 'if a normal human can do it, she can do it' power.

Agreed, which doesn't seem overpowered to me, when compared to flight, time travel and teleportation, tk, mind reading, etc.

Not anymore. Neilsen now tracks DVR usage, including immediate watching, same day watching, and withing 3 days watching. They also have listings for top 10 shows, and top 25 shows, in the season pass hierarchy of TIVOS.

DVR usage in general somehow? Or of certain households?

The funny thing is, I work for Neilsen - just not in that division. :)

wow.

I'm really curious at how this will translate between the timing of the strike, the attempt to fix the pacing and stories and the other X-ternels (Startrek and others).

I also wonder how this effects Origins.

Origins has been canceled for this year in part because of the writers strike. It may come back next year if the base show pulls high enough ratings in Volume 3. Hopefully with Kring recognizing the problems ratings will improve next year.

Might be good news, but to tell the truth I've given up on Heroes after a few episodes this season. I really didn't like the pacing, and how the sacrifice at the end of last season was undone. Add to this the totally obvious plot of Hiro in Japan, and I started spending my TV time elsewhere. Perhaps I'll come back for volume 3.

Technically speaking, since I didn't see peter and Nathan get vaporized at the end of Season 1, I expected them to both survive along with Slyar because of what was shown in 5 Years Gone.

Unfortunately, the reason I thought that would happen was because it was the stereotypical "comic book" thing to do.
