I'm looking for a good line that encapsulates the ethos of a knight in shining armour. I know of Sturm's "my word is my honor, and my honor is my life", and Maximus' "strength and honor" motto. Anyone got any others?

I had a paladin once, made up his coat of arms, motto, crest, pennan, banner, everything. His motto was "My mind is my blade."

My heart is my blade would be a good one, or my soul is my sword, or something similiar.
