Hexblade Curse and Stacking

The thread on the high charisma fighter got me thinking about this. As far as I can tell, the -2 imposed by a Hexblade's curse is an unnamed bonus and so stacks with the shaken condition, correct?

So even a low-level Hexblade with Ki Shout or another shaken-inducing feat (or even just a pumped Intimidate) can potentially bring one foe a day to -4 on hits, damage and saves?
