Not quite.
The default is 4 items.
The maximum, however is 0 items. I believe this means that there is no maximum.

Methinks Eagle Claw Attack is rated too highly. I mean, it doesn't do anything. At all. The ability it gives you... you already have it.

It grants psycological comfort to people who need it. "You really CAN strike the weapon. You have a feat that says so! Believe in yourself!"

I think Eagle Claw Attack should be dropped down to a solid 1. I think when the poll was open, some people didn't quite understand that the feat was absolutely worthless.

We know from a game mechanics perspective, that there is no good reason what so ever to have eagle claw attack. Therefore, it should be a 1.
