In the race description of the Banshrae in the Monster Manual it clearly shows that the Banshrae have no mouths, and even says that Banshrae are unable to sing or play wind instruments... fair enough.

And yet they are ARMED WITH BLOWPIPES.

It doesn't really say they have no mouths. They are described as having "insectoid features" but its hard to say exactly what that means. You can't see a mouth in the picture but that just means its not readily apparent. Of course the banshrae in the picture also has breasts, which seems like a pretty odd concept for an insectoid creature and I don't see where the picture really looks insectoid at all. I'd be more inclined to chalk it up to poor artwork than anything else.
