Hiding from Blindsight

Does having the Blindsight enable a creature to detect someone who's hiding more easily?

It seems like it really should (as blindsight can totally negate invisibility), but I'm thinking there aren't any rules to support this. Can anyone offer some suggestions as to how to handle this? Is this even considered in the rules?

According to Magic of Faerun, p. 82 under the description of the spell "Blindsight" it says the following:

"The target creature's senses extend to a 30-foot radius, and the creature need not make Spot or Listen checks to notice creatures within the range."

I assume this is also somewhere in the DMG.

Take Westenberger The Jovial's (my most munchkinly supreme wizard) solution: If there is a problem, write a spell to overcome it!

IIRC, the answer is written in the description to the feat "Blindsight 5' Radius" in S&F. But I don't have it with me now to quote it, perhaps someone else can?

From Sword & Fist:

Blindsight, 5-foot Radius [General]
Benefit: Using senses such as acute hearing and sensitivity to vibrations, you detect the location of opponents who are no more than 5 feet away from you. Invisibility and darkness are irrelevant, though you cannot discern noncorporeal beings. Except for the decreased range, this feat is identical with the exceptional ability blindsight defined in the Monster Manual.

That help? God I hope I'm not violating any copyrights.

Regarding the Blindsight feat from Masters of the Wild,
since it relies on "sonar" (emitting sound and gauging distance
due to "bounceback")...does cover help in hiding from it?

Can you get behind a tree to hide from a druid with it?

:)
