High lvl "true name" spell!

I just have one note. I think that the power should cost more xp to quicken it when only detailed info is known than when the caster has actually seen the target. Quickening minutes into a standard action should not be as taxing as quickening days into a standard action.

I like this power. It brings such a nice feeling of paranoia to the game.

This spell specifically supercedes mind blank.
I don't like this. It just means there should be a 9th level abjuration that doesn't get superceded. Mind blank is immune to wish and miracle. Nothing short of epic or divine abilities should overcome it.

Now, a mind blank cast after the insight was acquired, I could see being superceded.

If you were going with the original true name spell, I'd say "when cast this spell cannot discern the true name of the target protected by a mind blank. However, once the target's true name is known, knowledge of the target's true name allows you to pierce through even a mind blank." (Or something like that.)
