Highlander 2: re-release

Highlander 1 was pretty good, original Highlander 2 sucked big time, so did Highlander 3, but I thought Highlander 4 was actually good. They finally killed Conner, and for that I am ever thankful. 
The Raven series was just as bad as Highlander 2, but the actual series was a kick butt tv show, especially seasons 3 through 5. And when they killed Richie, I jumped for jow.
But we have to admit that the Renegade version of H2 was a whole lot better than the original, no references to planet zeist or any of that crap.
You guys do realize that they are going to make a Highlander 5, right? At least this time we get a villian who has talent, but maybe not a great actor. The guy who played Darth Maul is the bad guy supposedly, and if they get him to do the coreography, it should be pretty decent at least for sword fights.

Current rumor/speculation is that
Highlander 5: The Source - Will be about Guardians of the Source killing Immortals. These Guardians are more powerful, older and do not show up on the 'buzz'.
Higlander: The Next TV Series (not sure of title): Focuses on the adventures of James MacKenzie (the clan Connor was fighting at the beginning of the first movie). Let us pray he also doesn't use a katana.

Hey, yes Highlander 2 was a really bad film, but at least it was MONUMENTALLY BAD. The later films were merely terrible in a boring mundane sort of way. H2 (hmm, same as a horrible monstrosity of an SUV) was so terrible in every respect that it is actually worth watching once, just to experience the absolute suckitude. There is a certain hypnotic fascination with something this bad as you stare at it and wonder if it can possibly get any worse... and then it DOES! It is a True Horror (of a) Movie.
