No, it's a danish movie (although in english) so of course it's released here sooner. It was realeased on the 4th of june, which btw is our national day.

It's a cannon.

It's taken a the old fortress (the Kastellet) in the center of Copenhagen. That fortress is about 600 years old (if not more), and it still functions as officers barracks.

I think when I finally get to travel to Europe I am going to have to be sure to go to Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands and Holland rather than just Britain, France and Germany. I know much more about those three because of the American education system, but know very little about northern Europe.
