So I sta down at my PC during the last few minutes of Angel Heart, leaving the remote across the room. Too lazy to get up and grab it I left it where it lay, hoping what came on next on IFC would be good. I'm now watchiog some sort of docu7mentary on a drag queen festival. Some of these guys can really sing.

I really need to get up and grab that remote.

A guest gave me her room key, and told me to visit any time... Why, oh why do I have to be a good emplyee and say no? She seemed very sweet. It was a party like thing going on, but its strictly against policy. Even if my supervisor told me to just go, and not get caught.

Just to clarify, this was pretty innocent really. She had several issues with her stay, and i helped her out a bit, and had chatted with her some.

Finals are this week, and these last few months of school have just... sucked the life out of me...

Kind of good and bad here too. Things are moving now, which is better than it was just waiting for a job and a fresh start. I have the job now, but I am finding that not being in charge is a challenge. At least I do not feel as if my days are wasted now. Plus, I work in a resort hotel with some very nice scenery of all kinds.

Good things: Got rid of my ulcer, worked out some problems with my grandma, figured out what I want to do with my life.

Bad thing: My dog died from cancer. It's been hard coming to terms with it because I found out two weeks beforehand. He would have lived longer, but he had lymphoma, and his throat swelled up so much he couldn't breathe, and we had to put him to sleep. I know he's ok now, not suffering or anything, but he had a lot of personality and will be greatly missed. That's really the only bad thing I can think about, everything else seems like no big deal in comparison.
