It's cold and raining. Which is a good thing, as we are in the middle of a serious drought.

We had serious drought here (Virginia, USA) last summer, with water restrictions and everything. That got taken care of by lots of snow this winter and the fact that it rained EVERY DAY in May. Seriously. 29 out of 31 days with some precipitation.

We have been on water restrictions for the last 18 months or so now The average rainfall here for this time of the year is 250ml (or 10 inches); so far this year we have had 90ml (or about 3.5 inches).
