I think it's okay. Some good ideas, and expanded descriptions of all the previously described races as well. I like the Fey'ri, and they put a few new animals in as well (as creatures). Pretty well rounded, but there could have been a few more prestige classes. They reprinted the Bladesinger, but most of the rest I haven't seen since they were kits in 2nd ed.
