Yep. There's low brainactivity in the Hivemind.

Considering the speed of the rest of the board its not that bad :)
I don't have any problems with the speed of the board.

Right now, net connection is grinding for no reason :(

But Steam & Steel goes well. Want to be able to buy a magical tower full of machinery to boost your wizards divinations and even let him control the local weather with steamwork devices? :D

Would it surprise you if I said that I never expected to get above 100 or so? :D
Not really. On the message board a friend of mine has on his site, I have over 4,000 posts. I didn't know that when I first started posting there either.

Yes. Tell me more. (Seriously, I don't know what Steam & Steel is.)

Hi, Carnifex! :)

Obviously, no one really does. But in a previous incarnation of the boards, I did not get far past 100 posts, and I guessed it wouldn't be different on the new boards. :D

Steam & Steel: A Guide to Fantasy Steamworks is something I'm writing for Horade at the moment. It'll be published as a pdf, all about steam technology in a fantasy world - rules, machines and discussion of the ramifications, impact and changes it can make :)

Knight Otu > I seem to be coming here a lot more than I used to, the past few days. That has something to do with the creature catalog/homebrew boards I recently 'discovered'.

Carnifex > Like a technical revolution? Sounds cool. In some fantasy settings, that kind of thing never happens, while IMO it is a logical next step.

Yep, that's one of the aspects I've covered in it; the iea of an industrial/technical revolution to an existing fantasy world as well as creating a new setting from scratch that already incorporates steamworks or industrialisation.
