Sounds great. When is it going to be ready?

When I've finished writing it ;)

Well, the full first draft was finished a few days back, so now I'm working over it and improving it (a lot). That should be finished in a few days, tehn I predict I'll only need to give it one final light going over and I should be able to hand it to Horacio for editing etc.

Ah, so soon already!

What exactly is Horade anyway? I've seen it mentioned a couple of times here and there, but I seem to have gotten the wrong impression of it.

Horade is a d20 publishing company run by Horacio and Dragongirl (www.horade.com). They'll publish Steam & Steel, and I hope to write some other d20 stuff through Horade too.

*boing boing boing*

Hello, everyone :)

Today we found out why having a planetar in your party is a Good Thing when you open a door and meet Mr Evil-Deity-Avatar and his friends. :D

Heh... with Carnifex gone, everyone seems to be me, right now.
The Hive is constantly dozing off...

But tell me more about Mr. Evil-Deity-Avatar.

Well, we were fighting some assasain style things that kept walking in and out of the walls, and then we climbed out of the secret tunnel and fought some zombie things...and then the DM said that they Planetar could detect great evil coming.

"Where?" I replied.

"Uh, no, more metaphorical than that."

"A 'I feel a great disturbance in the Force' kind of thing, then?"

"Yup."

Then we opened a big door and saw The Avatar In Question, and two horned demons, who all threw fireballs at us  But having cast holy aura before we went in, no one was that badly hurt. Then there was a big fight, many spells, a failed destruction, and it came around to the Avatar - and it teleported out. Bah! Coward!

It had 10hp left. If I'd hit it one more time - splat. Damn. So we missed out on a large amount of experience. Bleh.

Why? You defeated it, right?

Anyway, with a little luck, you manage to kick its butt next time! When it returns with even MORE horned demons!
