Similar but not quite. Resting until you have tons of attacks is good so you can buy the big things, but in-between train your spies and buy small items to keep your cash low. (I've got 10 level 17 spies now or something similar)

I do the resting thing on Outwar too. Often for days at a time.

What items are there to buy? Went to the armoury and everything cost 2k+ -- I have 58 gold!
