[Hivemind] Revolution Calling...

You know, he could make a small amount of money by selling that to academics around the world.

I spend far to much time googling things as it stands, and my memory isn't that good.

Ill tell him, but it might be only usefull with a "small" amount of different texts, and it most likely needs a mainframe to run:D

It probably also has the userfriendlyness of a rock.

if it is such a bad game, why are you playing it?

Cause I paid 55 freaking dollars for it. :(

I'm not sure if Eidos/Core just screwed the game up, or if the trilogy of games that starts with Angel of Darkness is supposed to fix the things I see wrong.

I finally got past the place where I was stuck (not a bug, but an odd game design, which would only be because it really doesn't match the rest of the game). Even so, the game lacks a lot of the things I have always enjoyed about the game. No double guns with unlimited ammo. No jump, spin and fire in mid air. No sommersaulting out of harms way.

There are some issues with the game. I would still have bought it, but I should have bought it in the aftermarket, once the price was around 35 dollars.

I've always thought of rocks as quite user-friendly. Very limited in features, but quite user-friendly. Pick up rock, throw rock ... all quite simple really. :D

Now try to minipulate the rock to do a flexible filecomparison. Including rewrites and "disguised copying". On a IBM mainframe.

How is the chocolate covered death person?

HEHE:)

lara==realistic scary concept :D

Did I say realistic?

She does look a little mor normal, meaning she is not carrying torpedoes along with her anymore. :D She looks a little (emphasis on a little) less Barbie dollish, and a bit more natural. Her animations are more fluid. These are the only real improvements on the game.

The things I would rather they have fixed were not changed. The game is still grid based, which is fine I guerss, but would have been better had it been more like Metal Gear Solid (and it's sequel). She still handles a bit like a Mack truck on ice.

*sigh* I'll stop complaining now. :)

Hiya, Morbidity. Have you thoroughly defrosted yet?

Ahh you see, but this is lack of features, you are trying to make the rock do something it was not really designed to do. Rocks are designed to sit there and look weighty and important. I still maintain that rocks are user-friendly with a limited range of uses rather than non user-friendly.

Mmmmm did somebody mention chocolate?

Skade, still very cold. Don't think I'll really defrost until I return to Oz. The office temp is about 2 degrees lower than it would be in Oz. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to drink some hot chocolate to warm me up! :D

I have a coffee ice cream and mocha syrup shake in front of me? Does that count?

Didn't know you were from Australia. What are you doing in the UK?
