It's interesting. I like it. Looks like a cross between a sea otter and an Oriental Adventures dragon. Do the whiskers serve a purpose?

Thanks!

This creature is a mammal, and so breathes air. It can hold its breath for up to 45 minutes without much difficulty, and eats fish. It loves a particular type of fish, called a Weed Runner (because it hides and mates in seaweed patches). To catch these fast and skittish fish, the creature digs in on the ocean floor, waving the unique appendages on its back to mimick a patch of seaweed. The creature then waits for a Weed Runner to investigate and get stung (the appendages on the creatures back also contain a strong neuro-toxin, delivered through tiny spines on the skin). The creature then returns to its den (usually a hole or rotten tree) to enjoy its meal, or share it with its young.

Notice I say "creature" a lot. Haven't thought of a name for it yet. :D

Hey - may I ask a question of the Hive? I know there aren't too many of you online now, so I thought I'd see if those of you who are here feel like representing the 'mind in general.

(actually, to be fair and honest - if you say 'yes' I'm probably going to ask several questions, not just one.)

You just asked a question of the hive. But, yes. And now you are done. For you have already asked a question.

We're zen like that.

Kidding. Go ahead and ask all you want.
