Evening all,
Spent most of the day in the office, e-mailing out surveys to all of the hospital executives that didn't respond to the mailed survey. I shouldn't complain, as I did get back 63 of the 201 mailed out, which is a 32% response rate. But my University wants a sample of 100 responses, which still leaves me 37 short. Hopefully I'll get back enough this time. My personal deadline is to have them all by December 10th, as that is the date of Kriskraft's last final exam this term, at which point she can switch out of school mode for a month while I then go full steam ahead on the dissertation analysis and write up.
The fun thing I did today was getting the 32" televison set that I bought yesterday installed. It is now set up in the family room, and we had to do major furniture rearranging to fit it in. So I got to see this week's Enterprise o the big screen, but alas, there were no major space battles in it.

It will be interesting to see what the gaming group has to say tomorrow about the new room set-up, as we've been playing in the family room for the past year while I've had the gameroom (the formal dining room) closed off for my dissertation work. That'll have to change soon, since we also use that room for the Christmas tree.
Cold and windy day here in New England today. I had planned to take down the kid's trampoline today, but when the hail storms started I reconsidered. Bringing a bale of hay to the sheep was all the ambition for outdoor work I could muster.
