Yep, cute movie. Not my favorite wedding movie, that belongs to Four Weddings and a Funeral, which has the best eulogy ever put on screen.

Odd enough the actress that played Muriel, I dont know her name. She is a great actress.

She was in a few really good movies and she has a specific talent for accents.

I know alot of people who did not like Four weddings and a funeral. I never really understood why they did not like it. Its really funny.

Toni Collette. I've always found her very appealing, especially when she is playing a part where she is not meant to be seen as a sex object. In the Sixth Sense for instance, I was most drawn to her. While in Hotel Splendide she is supposed to be hot, and I was thining "meh". She is quite good with accents though.

Where do you live Skade? No snow in 8 years...I have never lived with out snow in the winter. But that is Iowa for you. We have not had our real first snow fall yet. I am so glad that I dont drive very often anymore because Silver Moon is not kidding when it comes to the idot drivers the first snow. Its either the guy who is overly paranoid and driving 3mph or the guy who thinks its 90 and sunny and driving 30 over the speed limit, and riding your tail. Then you have the four wheel drive pickups that dont care if its snowing or a tornado they will charge through it and anything else in thier way.

As far as topics go....I have no clue. Mabye something to do with mahjong

I live in Harlingen Texas, which is nearly as far south as you can still be in the continental US. I work on South Padre Island, directly on the beach.

I doubt I'll even see a freeze this year, more likely just a light frost.

I've never seen Hotel Splendide. Is it a good movie? I do understand about the sixth sence I had the same feeling about her and I am straight.
