Homebrew condition tracker using poker chips

Yea, that's cool!

I like the use of columns as well for the added ease of determining which conditions you are rolling to save against. You could, for example, assume that players roll vs the one on top, and work their way down.

Plus, poker chips are cheap... hmm...

Sorry...

You must spread some Experience Points around before giving it to darjr again.

Neat!

I've been using the tokens from Made By Wombat: Made by Wombat
the tokens are tiddly-wink size and the stickers are gorgeous and when I ordered them without the cards & stuff, it came to about $7 with shipping (in the US, at least). I made cards with squares on them for "lasts one turn" vs. "save to end," so players can keep track of what conditions are on them and I can see at a glance who's got what condition because they keep the cards in front of them. They don't come with any positive conditions, though -- I'd have to make my own if I wanted things like +1 to AC.

We use poker chips for action points because we all like the satisfying *thunk* they make when we throw them towards (not at!) the DM.
