I'll need to re-view the Monk feature. Could always be an independant hard once per long rest thing too. Like, you skip your own turn and let someone go again type of thing.
14th, maybe, to replace Diamond Soul? Diamond Soul is a major defensive upgrade, but since the warlord isn't focused on personal defense like the monk, it makes sense (to me) to replace it with a major ally enabler.

so, I’d say either use the ally’s reaction, or grant it off turn and specify that a creature can only benefit from the ability once per round. Either way, 4 Marshals can’t make the rogue attack in 5 total turns.
That logic came up in discussions when the Warlord was brand-new, and, well, it's just an odd corner case to have 4 action-granters (or in one hypothetical, a whole stadium of them) all punting actions to one active combatant. Ultimately, the difference between that and just 5 rogues (same DPR 'ceiling') is versatility, assuming said Marshal designs have any more versatility than 5 different rogues, that is, otherwise it's about the same, but for falling apart when the Rogue is ganked. And, ultimately, 5e balance doesn't put much weight on versatility.

A bit like worrying about the party having too many healers in practice my thought is meh.

The thing about the extant 'healers' (support in general) is that healing is mostly coming from slots, and those slots are readily diverted to other contributions. Support contributions are the kind of thing that faces a highly variable need. Sometimes the party will get pasted or have a situational opportunity where support can be leveraged, and support is desperately needed or high-return, others the challenges are different and more offense or utility or other direct contribution is required.

The existing class designs point to baseline, sustained single-target DPR being highly valued and virtually always applicable (see the thread asking about playing in a campaign with no combat, it's darn near un-D&D), thus classes that specialize in it have little flexibility and fewer resources than those with a lower baseline. That focus & inflexibility isn't going to work for a support-oriented class, so the BM & PDK are what they are, for instance.

Put Legendary Teamwork at 14.

could be stronger, tbh. Maybe a passive benefit added to your presence, and then spend ki to grant an action?
