Hongs Hongstick - What powers should it have?

I have two signature weapons as well:

The +12 banhammer and the broken shaft.

I usually make do with my +5 keen vorpal ghost touch axiomatic trollbane greatsword, though.
 

I usually get by with Duty's Bond, myself - gets the job done. ;)

Enough about the Hongstick. I'm more interested in special features for the Hongmobile. :D

It has to be no more powerful than a suped up vespa or power golf cart. It's obligatory, or else how could Hong address "the peoples."

Would you give him a tall hat to boot?
