Any idea if Hospitalers' Care (the 16th lvl Hospitaler feature) can work somehow with the lay on hands powers that were added in Divine Power, like Ardent Vow?

The daily powers that were added in Divine Power are not Lay on Hands. Therefore bonuses to Lay on Hands will not work with them.
