Hospitality in Gaming or Gaming in Hospitality?

Do you game as a reult of hospitality or are you hospitable as a result of gaming?

I agree with Piratecat in regards to my gaming group. The five of us are very close outside of the game. Four of us moved to the same apartment complex. We like to do lots of things together besides gaming. We game because we're friends, not that we're friends because we game.

But Friday is game night. We get together for the purpose of gaming, not to hang out, or go bowling, or to watch movies. We do those other nights. So I suppose that I could say that on Friday nights, my SO (Shalewind) and I open our home to our guests only for gaming.
