Any reason why this wouldn't be allowed. Could anyone just make a post saying here are the rules and here is the prize or is there a level of "red tape" that would need to be addressed first?
I would like to host a contest where members of ENWorld vote on the finalists. I figured the best way to do this would be via a poll but I'd like to avoid people creating extra accounts to pad the votes, which they might do when they see the prize.
