I've been enjoying this series, its a biblical faith-based programme and thus PG but it does a good job of capturing the history and political intrigue of Sauls Kingdom as well as incorporating the more fantastic elements of Giants, Visions, Prophecy and magic.

Agreed. Not religious myself, but appreciate the faithful adaptation.

Not religious either but the ancient and classical worlds I find fascinating so may check it out.
