Now that a load of people have the books, here's a house rule we can really weigh up the pros and cons of: Why not let PCs just choose Powers from any class they like?
Clearly defined roles for PCs is all well and good, but couldn't we just let the players sort that out amongst themselves? With the way some classes act like super-heroes now anyway (teleporting Paladin, wtf?), would it really make any less sense?
I think it could actually work out really well, but it's the kind of rule change that can have vast reaching effects - so let's hear what you think.
