Is there any way to get divine grace as a cleric? I can't really think of anything, but I wanted to ask in case you guys had an Idea. Which you usually do, you smart people you!

Gain access to the Mysticism domain.

Down side - it's not 24/7.

Trying to think of any clericy PrCs that give the ability. Mystic Wanderer, perhaps?

Well, there's always 2 levels of the Paladin PrC from Unearthed Arcana. The requirements are:

BAB: +4
Skills: Knowledge (Religion) 2, Knowledge (Nobility and Royalty) 2, Ride 4
Feats: Mounted Combat
Spellcasting: Ability to cast protection from evil as a divine spell
Special: Ability to turn undead.

The PrC grants the standard Paladin abilities, but it increases your Cleric spellcasting instead of having its own progression. Unearthed Arcana is Open Content, and the details for the PrC can be found here.

What I was gonna' say. As well, you can take the non-LG paladin variants (LG=honor, CG=freedom, LE=tyranny & CE=slaughter) earlier in the book & convert them to prestige paladins as well.

PHB2 has precedents for exchanging certain class features for others. Cleric does not have many features to work with, but I think an equivalent power might be to drop Turn/Rebuke to gain Divine Grace, or perhaps drop a Domain entirely for access to Divine Grace.
